Abstract
Details are presented of normal- and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic systems suitable for the purification and the separation of a range of cytokinins. In the normal-phase mode an aminopropylsilyl column with volatile organic solvents as mobile phases was used while reversed-phase chromatography was carried out with a base deactivated octadecylsilyl column. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
