Abstract
A method for isolation of α-D-mannosidase (EC 3.2.1.24) from soy bean and some properties of the enzyme are described. It seemed that germinated soy bean seeds contained two kinds of α-D-mannosidase which showed slight difference in electrophoretic mobility.Keywords
