Abstract
The purpose of the study was to replicate recent findings of Cleveland and Landy and compare perceptions of students and managers regarding the age-type of jobs. Significant correlations suggested that students and managers similarly evaluated the age-type of the jobs. Results are discussed in terms of threats to external validity in laboratory research. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
