Abstract
The isolated central artery of the rabbit ear is highly sensitive to catecholamines when perfused with Krebs solution containing 5-hydroxytryptamine. The preparation responds to 1 ng of noradrenaline and is extremely long lasting. It does not discriminate between noradrenaline and adrenaline. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
