Abstract
Pretreatment of syngeneic strain A mice with aldehyde-fixed neuroblastoma cells (clone NB6R) almost completely protected the mice against challenge with viable NB6R cells. Tumor growth was enhanced in mice treated with fixed cells after challenge with viable cells.
