Abstract
In total, 10 type-specific hemagglutinating antibodies were differentiated by the absorption procedure using alloimmune sera produced by immunizing four cynomolgus monkeys with red cells at intervals of 6 weeks. All of these antibodies reacted well in the albumin, bromelin and Coombs methods but not in the saline method, indicating incomplete form. Each of 10 antibodies was identified as of IgG class by gel filtration and by inhibition with anti-human immunoglobulin sera. Keywords
