Jacqueline bhabhais Lecturer at Harvard Law School, Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and Executive Director of the Harvard University Committee on Human Rights Studies. Her publications include Women's Movement: Women under Immigration, Nationality, and Refugee Law (Stylus Publishers, 1994)and Asylum Law and Practice in Europe and North America (Federal Publishers, 1992).
