Abstract
Metastasis from the prostate to the lungs is common; however, endobronchial metastasis from the prostate has been reported only twice. We report a patient with endobronchial metastases from the prostate in the absence of bony metastases. Clinical and roentgeno‐graphic findings of pulmonary metastases from prostate cancer are described, and therapeutic considerations are discussed. Keywords
