Endobronchial metastasis from prostate carcinoma

Abstract
Metastasis from the prostate to the lungs is common; however, endobronchial metastasis from the prostate has been reported only twice. We report a patient with endobronchial metastases from the prostate in the absence of bony metastases. Clinical and roentgeno‐graphic findings of pulmonary metastases from prostate cancer are described, and therapeutic considerations are discussed.
