Abstract
Labeled 1‐tryptophan is converted to indole‐3‐acetamide and then to indole‐3‐acetic acid by enzymes from Pseudomonas savastanoi. Labeled indole‐3‐acetic acid can be converted to indole‐3‐acetyl‐1‐0‐β‐D‐glucose and to indole‐3‐acetyl‐myo‐inositol by enzymes from kernels of Zea mays sweet corn.Keywords
