Marfan's Syndrome With Complete Heart Block and Junctional Rhythm

Abstract

Asymptomatic complete heart block with a junctional rhythm was discovered in a 26-year-old black man with Marfan's syndrome. The arrhythmia was documented by electrocardiograms and His bundle electrocardiography. The patient also exhibited an abnormally small right coronary artery, low serum levels of cholesterol, phospholipids, and total lipids.
