INFRARED ABSORPTION IN HIGH-PURITY BORON FILMS

Abstract
The infrared spectra of high‐purity amorphous boron films showed no absorption peaks in the 2–15‐μ region. It is shown that the major peaks previously reported may be attributed to oxide, hydroxide, or carbon contamination.Keywords
