Abstract
Measurements of dielectric properties (a real part of dielectric permittivity and a dielectric loss tangent tan in the microwave range (0.5-2.5 GHz) at room temperature and at temperatures from room one up to 490 K at microwaves have been carried out in the BiFeO3-SrTiO3 system. Both and tan maximum values (sigma = 530, tan sigma = 0.30) take place for samples 0.4BiFeO3-0.6SrTiO3. There are peaks on sigma'(T) curves at 450-460 K for samples with 40, 50 and 60 mole% of BiFeO3. It is shown that some ceramic samples of this system are new materials absorbing microwave radiationKeywords
