Abstract
When administered subcutaneously to mice infected intraperitoneally with about 5000 LD50 of hemolytic streptococci, penicillin V and G are of the same degree of effectiveness. These tests employed 640 mice and groups of 20 mice were used for each of a series of different doses of antibiotic.Keywords
