Characteristic functional of quantum1fnoise

Abstract
The statistical and spectral properties of quantum 1f noise are derived from the definition of this process as an interference phenomenon between parts of the wave function which have emitted infraquanta (e.g., photons) above the resolution threshold, and the main part which did not emit quanta above the threshold. The 1f process is shown to be very close to a Gaussian process, and the small deviation term is obtained in analytic form.
