Abstract
A catalytic reductive cyclization of olefinic iodoethers was achieved by use of cat. Cp2TiCl2 in the presence of Mn and Me3SiCl. This protocol provides a versatile method for the selective formation of multisubstituted tetrahydrofurans. Keywords
