Abstract
A method Tor measuring plasma testosterone using separation on short columns of Sephadex LH-20 and competitive protein binding is described. This is more reliable and practicable than methods using paper or thin layer chromatography separation and Sephadex LH-20 can be re-used after washing. Keywords
