Abstract
A 61-year-old patient presented with progressive weakness, pain and numbness in the left arm and hand. On examination the abnormalities were confined to the distribution of the median nerve, and electrophysiological testing localised the lesion to the segment just proximal to the elbow. At surgery Struthers ligament was found compressing the median nerve. No bony spur was found by palpation or on radiological examination. Keywords
