Abstract
The AGF plotfile is a sequential file for storage and transportation of graphics information. It contains records describing graphics primitives (points, vectors, polylines, texts) and their attributes. The primitives may be two- or three-dimensional. Raster graphics records are included in the plotfile. The structure of the plotfile is described, the capabilities of an interpreter are outlined, and it is shown how the plotfile can be interfaced to the proposed SIGGRAPH-CORE graphics system. Keywords
