Abstract
In the context of the equivalent-boson method a large variety of quark-gluon theories are studied in two dimensions. A number of simple results are obtained, including the fact that gluon interactions (Abelian and non-Abelian) leave most of the physical currents free (at zero quark mass).Keywords
