Abstract
The lifetime and the factor of the three-quasiparticle isomeric state in have been measured. Both the time-differential perturbed-angular-distribution and the stroboscopic-resonance methods were used in the -factor determination. The results obtained are μsec and . The factor of the proton, deduced from present results combined with the factor of the state in , is discussed.
