Abstract
The energies, spins, decay modes, and lifetimes of the first three excited states of have been determined. The results are: 3.832 MeV (), 0.053 ± 0.024 psec; 4.284 MeV (), 322 ± 16 psec; and 4.507 MeV (), psec.
