Abstract
A 71‐year‐old white woman with primary open angle glaucoma received trabeculectomy with anti‐metabolite. After laser suture lysis, intraocular pressure has remained at 1–2 mmHg for 23 months and 12 months in the right and left eye, respectively. However, visual acuity has remained at the preoperative levels of 6/6 and 6/7.5 in the right and left eye, respectively, without hypotony maculopathy in either eye. Keywords
