Abstract
In the framework of a pseudopotential formulation, a new expression is obtained for the selfdiffusion coefficient of liquid metals. The anomalous ratio between the self-diffusion coefficients of Li6 and Li7 is explained through the mass dependence of the atomic mean free path.Keywords
