Abstract
Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) is used throughout the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Since its popularization by Touchstone in the 1950s, it has experienced widespread acceptance [1]. It is inexpensive, relatively simple to perform, and is nearly unmatched in its resolving power. Tens of thousands of plates are used yearly in the pharmaceutical field aloneKeywords
