Abstract
We study a new semiclassical expansion of field theory. In this expansion, the natural variables are geometrical (particle coordinates), and the expansion is about solutions to the classical mechanics of such variables. It is a strong-coupling expansion, and it offers considerable hope for bridging the gap between quantum field theories and theories of quantized geometrical objects. Keywords
