Abstract
The case history of an infant with tetralogy of Fallot who had a Waterston anastomosis performed at 1 yr old is presented. Subsequent chest roentgenograms showed a ringlike calcification seen at angiography and operation. It was due to a false aneurysm of the right pulmonary artery at the site of the Waterston anastomosis. The aneurysm produced unidirectional obstruction of the right pulmonary artery. Apparently, a false aneurysm of the right pulmonary artery after a Waterston anastomosis was not reported previously. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
