Abstract
It is shown that for the special case when\theta = \pi / N,Nbeing an integer, the lowest bound on quantization errors in second-order digital filters with complex conjugate poles assumes a simple form that is easy to compute and that is equally valid for\thetanear zero and\pi.Keywords
