Abstract
The amido linkage of various glycosylamine derivatives, N-(L-γ-glutamyl)-α-, and-β-D-glucopyranosylamine, N-(L-β-aspartyl)-α-and-β-D-glucopyranosylamine and N-glycyl-α-D-glucopyranosylamine, can be cleaved by Amberlite IRA-410 (OH-), as evidenced by the appearance of the aglycone amino acids and the disappearance of the starting amide. Keywords
