Abstract
Only 119 renal artery aneurysms have been reported and of these only 28 were diagnosed prior to operation of autopsy. Hypertension was specifically mentioned in only 19. The diagnosis of vascular lesions of the kidney is greatly facilitated by the use of aortography. Importance of an awareness of the possible role of such lesions in the etiology of hypertension is emphasized. Keywords
