Abstract
Plasma containing 2% cholesterol in physiologically emulsified form was obtained from chickens on a diet high in cholesterol. On injn. of such plasma into normal chickens, the blood cholesterol level was raised from about 100 mg% to 300 mg%. The rate of the disappearance of cholesterol from the blood was a function of the concn. of cholesterol above the normal level. Keywords
