Abstract
The isolation and characterization of 5 species of Rocellaceae are described. R. portentosa from Chile contains lecanoric acid (I), meso-erythrit (II) and tetrahydroxy fatty acids (III), R. portentosa from the Galapagos Islands portentol, (+)-roccellic acid (IV), (+)-erythrin (V), galapagin and protocetraric acid, R. gayana I, II, and III, R. fimbriata V. ([long dash])-16[alpha]-hydroxykauran, II and III, R. babbingtonii V and II and R. fucoides V. aspicilin and IV.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
