Abstract
The anatomy, design, and blood supply of the pectoralis major myocutaneous island flap are described. This versatile, nondelayed flap has, for the most part, replaced the usual cutaneous flaps. Clinical examples of its use in head and neck reconstructive surgery are presented. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
