Abstract
Serum Ig[immunoglobulin]D concentrations were determined in 21 patients with Hodgkin''s disease, in 8 patients with non-Hodgkin''s lymphomas and in 28 normal (control) individuals by a solid-phase radio-immunoassay and radial-immunodiffusion. Of the Hodgkin''s patients, 14 displayed 3-45-fold increased serum IgD levels as compared to control individuals, while in the remaining 7 patients IgD concentrations were practically normal. Patients with non-Hodgkin''s lymphomas had decreased IgD concentrations. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
