Abstract
The author agrees that the skills of the trainers were not sought Laboratory for or used effectively, but he suggests that more important than Applied trainer inexperience or lack of client readiness as contributing Behavioral factors was the history of noninvolvement of behavioral scientists Science in significant movements for democratic social change and their Newark State identification by action groups with the status quo.Keywords
