Abstract
A case of self-administrated injection of amphetamine sulphate solution into the radial artery is described. Treatment, which was initiated as soon as possible, consisted of sympathetic block and administration of vasodilators, heparin and antibiotics. With the increase in number of drug addicts this syndrome may be more frequently encountered. Keywords
