Abstract
The reaction of nucleoside azides with trimethylsilyl phosphites is described. By use of the reaction, amino-nucleosides were obtained in high yields. The reaction can be also applied to the synthesis of dinucleoside phosphoramidate and nucleoside cyclic phosphoramidate. Keywords
