Abstract
Kidney stones ranging in size from 10 X 12 mm to a staghorn were removed from renal allograft s by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. In two patients, use of the prone position was necessary. There were no complications, and all patients were eventually rendered stone free.Keywords
