Abstract
Using the pseudopotential method the ϵ2‐spectrum of trigonal Te was calculated. To get further insight into the origin of the structures the contributions from various regions of the BZ were calculated separately. The influence of the oscillator strengths is discussed by comparing the calculated joint density of states with the calculated ϵ2‐spectrum.Keywords
