Abstract
Theories and methods in the field of organization development have historically been based on the experience of researchers and practitioners studying and consulting with large organizations. However, the vast majority of firms in the world today are small, entrepreneurial ventures. Thus the purpose of this article is to articulate an alternative framework for diagnosis and intervention in these kinds of organizations. Keywords
