Abstract
The x-ray interferometer was invented in 1965 by Bonse and Hart (Appl. Phys. Lett 1965 6 155). Their device used Bragg reflections to perform coherent beam splitting, steering and recombination to create a device having similar operating characteristics to the Mach–Zender interferometer. Keywords
