Production of Agglutinating Antibodies in the Channel Catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) Against Chondrococcus columnaris

Abstract
Fingerling channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) were injected subcutaneously and intramuscularly with an injectable Chondrococcus columnaris antigen to test for the production of agglutinating antibodies. The test fish of both routes of injection had a mean titer of 1:4337. No significant differences in titers between the two routes of injection were determined.
