Some Effects of Breakfast Cereals on Caries in Rats

Abstract
More caries was produced in rats by a diet of breakfast cereal that contained 8% sugar than by one with 43% sugar. A mineral-enriched cereal product that contained 19% sugar produced the least caries.Keywords
