Cervical Myelopathy Caused by Ossification of the Posterior Longitudinal Ligament of the Spine

Abstract
Cervical myelopathy due to ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the spine is reported in a 48-year-old Caucasian Jewish man. Clinical and roentgenologic changes are presented. The value of computerized tomography in the diagnosis of this condition is emphasized.
