Abstract
“Lipexeresis” is a successful method for removing excessive local fatty tissue from the female body for pathologic or for aesthetic reasons. In contrast to other surgical operations, it is highly important that no disturbing scars remain. Except for two patients who underwent operation on the lower leg, with more serious complications, the results have been very encouraging. Keywords
