Abstract
PREVALENCE STUDIES of dementia in PD have focused on point prevalence, and wide variations have been reported.1-4 Because survival time is shorter in patients who have PD with dementia compared with those without dementia,5 and development of dementia is associated with longer disease duration,2 longitudinal studies are needed to explore the frequency of dementia in PD.Keywords
