Abstract
A single low-lying state is observed with about 15% of the ground-state strength in the reactions at 18 MeV. The change in shape at is observed in the reaction , with two excited states being strongly populated. A similar change in the Sm nuclei has been observed earlier. An excited state is observed in the reaction with ∼10% of the ground-state strengths.
