Abstract
We report on a case of a splenunculus found in the renal fossa 14 years after left transperitoneal radical nephrectomy and splenectomy for renal cell carcinoma. The significance of splenunculi in differential diagnosis of space occupying lesions in the left renal bed is discussed.Keywords
