Abstract
Testosterone propionate induced spermatogenesis in 34-day old but not in 29-day old hypoph-ysectomized rats. Either dehydroandrosterone acetate or testosterone propionate was capable of maintaining the wts. of the testes of rats hypophysectomized between the ages of 47 and 177 days. A theory to explain the various stages of spermatogenesis was suggested. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
