Abstract
Methods for separation and assay of the factors in the adrenals responsible for Na retention (Na factor) and for maintenance of health in adrenalectomized animals (cortin) are described. The Na factor is found in both the medulla and the cortex and, in purest form, is about as potent in causing Na retention as is desoxycorticosterone. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
