Abstract
Little is known about the response of tobacco plants to phosphate, which is of importance not only in the plant physiology hut also in tobacco culture in field. In investigation for the elucidation of the response the knowledge of the effect of phosphate application on phosphorus fractions in the plants may become a very useful clue. Keywords
